ESE Steel manufactures mild steel low carbon billets in two sizes of 100x100 and 130x130 at its two plants based in Abu Dhabi Industrial area conforming to BS 8666

 

Manufacturing Facilities

Emirates Steel LLC is currently capable of manufacturing billets 135,000 TPA and operates at two locations in Mussafah industrial area.

 

The Plant Facilities

• Induction Furnaces of 20 MT, 10 MT & 7 MT,
• Continuous casting machine of two strands,
• Scrap Processing facility comprising of shearing & baling
• Slag crushing plant to recycle the waste of steel and use them once again
